Service Plan Manager

John Christopher Williams III earned an associate degree in theatre from Bossier Parish Community College. He later earned a bachelor’s degree in teaching and a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from East Texas Baptist University.

John is committed to education and working with at-risk youth. He believes every child has the potential to succeed, regardless of their circumstances. He has worked in public education for more than 15 years as a teacher and assistant principal.

John is also committed to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. He has participated in mission trips to Harlem, New York; Quito, Ecuador; Uganda; Guyana; Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; Vancouver, Washington; Portland, Oregon; and the Texas–Mexico border, serving communities through ministry and outreach.

In 2013, John earned a second master’s degree in educational leadership and obtained his principal certification from the University of Texas at Tyler.

In 2014, John joined the Louisiana Army National Guard. He currently serves as commander of Headquarters and Headquarters Company.

Human Resources Manager

Yasheena earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Paralegal Studies, a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She also holds a K–12 Leadership and Administration certification.

She has experience teaching math, science, and social studies at the middle school level. She spent several years at alternative schools, working with students of diverse ages and backgrounds. She now works as a hospital nurse and CPR instructor, with a goal of teaching young people cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid.

Yasheena advocates for education, mentorship, and community service. One of her favorite quotes is, “We all have something to give. Pay it forward.”
